Dr. Mike is the most patient and understanding doctor. My daughter has special needs with a lot of anxiety and emotional regulation issues, and Dr. Mike (and staff) have always truly seen her (and not her behaviors). We've been going to him since she was a baby and is now 14. He takes the time at every visit to make her feel at ease and to explain things to me and I love that he's always attending dental conferences and shares new information with me that could be beneficial for my daughter. Little Pearls has been a lifesaver for our family. We chose Dr. Gazzori's practice several years ago for my son, who has ARFID and is highly anxious and orally defensive. Dental appointments up to that point had been a source of trauma - we had been to two other pediatric dentists who were skeptical of the extent of my son's sensitivities and who begrudged my requests to stay near him during his appointments (as he'd begged me to do); they even suggested that I was the one causing his anxiety. Great practice that offered us a second opinion consultation. Dr. Mike lived up to his reputation and served us with patience, knowledge and excellence! Great supportive staff and everyone there provided caring comfortable and professional experience! We were referred to Dr. Mike by our incredible pediatrician and we are truly grateful!
