It was a little hard to reach them initially, but when I got through, Renzo and Oscar were quick to come out and assess the wind damage to the rake board on my house. Their crew came out a few days later before the weather was about to get bad again and replaced the rake board cladding. It looks great and is attached more securely than before. The crew worked quickly and carefully, and clearly knew how to do the job. We chose Last Call based on two referrals. It was a good choice!

Renzo and Oscar came out to take a look at my roof and siding in Ashburn, VA. We got our insurance involved (USAA) and they helped out with the approval process and we even got some more money to pay for our repairs/replacements. The new roof is a CERTAINTEED LANDMARK and it comes with a 4 star extended warranty program from the manufacturer. Also, Last Call Exteriors gave us a 10 year workmanship warranty. I highly recommend working with Renzo and Last Call Exteriors. Amazing customer service and overall great communication. Last Call Exteriors is certainly the best out there.

Renzo of Last Call Exteriors was amazing to work with and handled everything with my insurance. We fought a long time with home insurance, but Renzo's persistence got us some more money to cover upgrades we never expected. Communication was excellent throughout the process, constant updates, no surprises.
As a certified contractor with manufacturers, they used top-tier materials with lifetime warranties: Certainteed Mainstreet siding, Provia ecolite windows, PVC trim throughout all eaves and rakes, and 6 inch seamless gutters + 3x4 downspouts with hidden hangers (made on site).
