KD Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

The choice of KD Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning was an outstanding experience. It started when i I phoned the office and spoke with a most pleasant receptionist (Kelly?) that was easy to understand, organized, and quick to book my appointment. Kieth and Owen arrived early, were polite, well-mannered and very knowledgeable. They went right to work on my air conditioning unit. Found that it was a clog in the trap and cleaned it out in no time. They explained how the drainage system works so I may be able to fix the problem myself next time.

We experienced wonderful service from a hard working and trustworthy crew. When we were too hard headed to get that we needed a new unit (ours was 22 yrs old), they discounted the new unit by the amount of the short term fix we insisted they try first.

Fabulous. KD Mechanical was nothing short of fabulous. They discovered and fixed the AC problem quickly. The young gentleman was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to my husband and I. We will definitely be signing a service agreement with KD Mechanical in the future.
