It has been great I have noticed a big difference for I can take the video also outside and work out . My strength and flexibility has increased greatly. My friends have also seen the difference in there performance. Strength, flexibility,and dedication. We can't wait to watch it again . John has a solid, challenging, and fulfilling program. If you are looking for busy work for your kid with constant new belts that aren't really earned, this isn't the place for you. If you get a new belt here, you have ? earned it. Several family members have taken lessons here and benefitted. Our son has significant special needs, and John has done an outstanding job working with him.
