Good luck trying to ever get in touch with this office. No direct line, just an 800 number. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to confirm an appointment only to show up and find out there is no doctor in the office and they scheduled a new Appointment without letting you know 30 days away after you waited months to get in the first place. Staff did not help to fit us in and said they would call with availability but failed to do so. That's Inova for you. Go elsewhere if your health is important to you

Dr. Michelle Le is not a gastroenterologist I’d recommend for anyone who’s looking for a physician that isn’t dismissive to patients. The office is so unorganized and I have very little confidence in this doctor.

I’ll first say that when I walked into the office (Inova Gastroenterology Leesburg) , I was immediately impressed with the warmth and friendliness of the staff. However, when I met with Dr. Butt, my experience took an immediate 180. He was extremely cold, dismissive and condescending. When I asked to see my x-ray as he explained the notes (written by a different doctor) he replied saying “Are you a doctor?”. I have never experienced such disrespect and disregard as someone’s patient. I highly recommend seeing anyone else if you care about being treated with kindness and grace.
