THE WORST DOCTOR’S OFFICE I’VE EVER BEEN TO! DO NOT EVEN SCHEDULE!!

I am over 50 years old & I’ve been caring for my disabled sister for decades. So, I go to doctor’s appointments all of the time with her as her power of attorney and advocate and loved one. Doctors & personnel ALWAYS welcome my input & participation because my sister cannot adequately, share her medical history and current issues.

She needs extra care, so staff was with her, & I met them at the appointment. I arrived 1MINUTE late to the appointment because the walk from the parking lot is literally over a 5-7min walk to the office!

The doctors are fine. I guess. Reception refuses to use my legal name. Because they've decided my middle name aligns better with their preconception regarding gender. They also struggle to understand HIPAA. You can get better respect elsewhere.

I just tried to schedule an appointment and the receptionist is full of mouth, not able to understand what you are saying and shamelessly disrespectful.

She simply wasted time and nothing got scheduled. I'll be looking for another GI doctor.
