Since when do you schedule a colon exam without meeting with the doctor first for someone who has uncontrolled hypertension, had a recent stroke, and was recently hospitalized for high blood pressure and another possible stroke? I indicated all this on their questioner form and yet they want to schedule me for a colon exam without meeting with the doctor first! Just completely unacceptable! I'm not doing an exam that requires anesthesia without seeing a doctor first.

Good luck trying to ever get in touch with this office. No direct line, just an 800 number. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to confirm an appointment only to show up and find out there is no doctor in the office and they scheduled a new Appointment without letting you know 30 days away after you waited months to get in the first place. Staff did not help to fit us in and said they would call with availability but failed to do so. That's Inova for you. Go elsewhere if your health is important to you

Dr. Michelle Le is not a gastroenterologist I’d recommend for anyone who’s looking for a physician that isn’t dismissive to patients. The office is so unorganized and I have very little confidence in this doctor.
