Can't reach a human. Cancelations during appt window instead of in advance and can't even reach a customer service pression to complain. They suck. The tech hates his job. Probably took off for the beach because it's Friday and Summer. HE BOOKED THIS TIME AND DATE, NOT ME!
YOU DON'T CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT DURING THE APPOINTMENT, YOU DO IT THE DAY BEFORE. PEOPLE MAKE PLANS!!!!!!!!

The first appointment the technician never showed up or called that he was not coming. When we called they said he was sick and we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next available day (a month later) and had to take off work that morning for an 8a-12p scheduled appointment. Again no one called. When WE called THEM they said they had moved our appointment time to 1p-5p. Unfortunately we only took off work in the morning and were not available at that time. We were hung up on twice while trying to contact a manager and eventually they had to reschedule our appointment again.
