“My first experiences with Laser Hair Removal were at Mountcastle Med Spa with Jillian. I met with her for a consultation, and she gave me the information I needed including answers to my questions and concerns. They were also accommodating when I've had to reschedule ahead of time due to unforeseen circumstances. I noticed that they also exhibited patience and grace to every client, something that can be difficult to maintain sometimes. I responded okay to the laser procedure for my underarms. I almost completed the recommended number of sessions but have had to cancel my last session because I had an area that had been a little bit burned after the last two sessions. Additionally, it's the summer, and I tend to be unable to stay out of the sun, so I've been getting steadily darker since May. I'm happy with my results, regardless. The practice is very transparent about the prices, which I definitely appreciate because shopping around and doing my research revealed other places not as transparent as I wish.
