“Very pleased with our experience. AC slowly went out over the course of the weekend. I called their on-call service on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm, as our house had reached 78-80 degrees by then. The tech returned my call within 30 minutes. While he was not able to make a house call on the weekend as we were not existing customers, he walked me through several ways to troubleshoot our system. I told him thank you, and that I would call them back Monday if I could not get our installer out in a timely manner. On Monday morning at 8:30 I received a call from Starnes' schedulder to see if we still needed help. As I had not heard back from our HVAC installer, I told her to go ahead and schedule us for service. By 10:15am the technician had arrived, and by noon our issue was fixed and home was cool again. Very appreciative of their quick service and pleasant technician. Would absolutely recommend and use again.“
