As a new construction company, we are always dealing with deadlines and delays. The folks at Bay Restoration were great about responding to our requests and working with us when schedules got tight. Special thanks to Kathy who was always quick to respond and to Steven for finding a way to handle difficult deliveries and pick ups.

Excellent experience with Bay Restoration. From the first phone call was 5 star. I had the ducts cleaned and it was an over the phone estimation, a quick scheduling, and the crew came on time for the appointment. The two men completed the work carefully, and thoroughly. They were both pleasant. The pricing was fair. I even learned some new tips about ducts and filters.

We were so impressed with the quick response, level of detail and the genuine care and compassion from everyone we worked with at Bay Restoration. Not only did they accommodate an emergency for us, they were helpful in coordinating with the HVAC company, regarding what to say and being available for that conversation if we could not present the information accurately. The best news was they were able to get the final cleanup process completed so fast for us, we were speechless. Do not hesitate to call them, they are superb!
