I paid $10 to have the heel of my boot re-glued, but the repair was very messy. There was dried glue showing on the outside of the heel. When I went back to ask about it, I was told it would fall off once it dries and that cleaning it could scratch the heel. Unfortunately, that didn’t feel like a professional explanation, and the repair still looks sloppy. The service was fast, but the quality wasn’t what I expected.
Very nice place, repaired a leather purse, nice work, owner said they have to close. The rent is too high and don’t have enough business. Very sad very hard to find a place that repairs shoes& purses!
I damaged my favorite pair of boots and they repaired it in no time at all. I received a text from Richard before my pick up date and I was so happy. I am always pleased with their services. Boots are as good as brand new!
