There truly aren’t enough stars to give to Westbrooke. This builder is phenomenal. Every step of the process has been meticulously planned out with above and beyond communication. We were very nervous about building a house because everyone knows there are issues that can arise. However, with their meticulous planning almost all stress was alleviated. There were minor hiccups here and there but with their phenomenal communication and attention to detail the issues were remedied immediately and in come cases without us having to say anything. Allen and his team continue to provide top notch service, even 4 years after my home was built!! From time to time, I have questions or need assistance with something in my home. Whether it’s trying to remember my wall and grout colors or recommending other businesses ?. Westbrooke Homes is always willing to assist and take care of me. Allen isn’t just a home builder, he cares about the quality of service he and his team provide and truly cares about his customers. I would choose him over and over as a home builder. Westbrooke Homes is a great business with values!!!
Building our dream home with Westbrooke was the best decision. From start to finish the level of transparency and communication was unmatched. It was wonderful to see each step of progress at a glance and know exactly what to expect next. Having open lines of communication and being able to organize conversations to topic or individuals was incredible. We never felt like we couldn’t ask a question or find an answer to something. We were also impressed by the level of care for our home and work site for all of the contractors.
