Went in for my first haircut here in KG and was pleased. Salon looked very clean and Kressha was nice. Will return!

"Our philosophy is to treat everyone as a professional guest and attend to his or her physical needs." The irony of this quote by the Ryan Jacobs Hair Salon. My disabled grandchild, who has Asperger's, tried to call to set up an appointment, only to have the line ring for a while before going to voicemail. They waited, called again, and the second time it went instantly to voicemail, as if the other end didn't feel like answering and declined the call. This "business" is located at 17137 Dahlgren Road, 22485 King George, Virginia. It is a gray house with green patio flooring and a wooden stairway. Their sign is also above a self-storage sign, across the street from the Methodist Church. Coming from the upper parts of Northern Virginia, my grandchild walked in for a service. They were immediately greeted with hostility and judgment from this matriarch Irish-Catholic blonde-hair blue-eyes crone sitting in the entrance corner. There was also a dark-haired dowager who was checking out at the desk. There was no welcome, no hello, just a demanding yet aggressive tone saying, "You have to schedule an appointment in advance." There were no other vehicles in the parking lot except two, and all the seats in this "salon" were empty, making it look like a run-down house. The supposed owner who goes by "Kressha" says, "I am all booked up for today." My grandkid kindly asks when the next available appointment would be and is interrupted with a condescending attitude by Kressha demanding all kinds of personal information that my grandkid did not have on hand nor was comfortable giving out. This is when Kressha became antagonistic, saying, "ALRIGHT THEN. I have an appointment at ten, twelve, or two." "Come in tomorrow and we'll see if you have an appointment." Dictating my grandkid to drive all the way back out there for an appointment that isn't guaranteed and could be canceled. At this point, the owner began threatening my grandkid, which made them extremely uncomfortable about this sociopath harassing them. Kressha starts to point and shout at the wall, "You know what, there's a place right across the street that cuts hair." "RIGHT THERE. RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. GO THERE!" Basically being told to screw off and denied service, the lady checking out asked, "There is a place over there?" who seemed visually disturbed and uncomfortable witnessing how this missus was persecuting my grandkid. As my grandkid was walking out the door, she proceeded to shove him out the door and shut it closed. When my grandkid asked something, the owner opened the door up again and just slammed the door in their face. My grandchild is still terrified to speak out, let alone ever go near that area again, and plans to tell their psychiatrist about this incident. It's a real shame that individuals like this Karen are free to roam the planet. My grand kid is a polite, passive, understanding person who has never met this woman before and wasn't even treated like a human being. The level of disrespect, disregard, and discrimination this woman displayed was pitiful. The unwarranted judgment on someone's physical appearance, gender, race, and other things they have no control over is a mortal sin. What's even more pathetic is that people like this will engage in such behavior when they know they can get away with it. They'll just lie and try to cover up what they've done to others, and on top of all that, they don't even have a single ounce of remorse for their actions. I feel sorry for anyone who has to endure this level of abuse from this unhinged, narcissistic sociopath who runs this business. This woman is a threat to society and belongs in a mental hospital. Below is public information, they'll probably try to delete it. The blonde woman in this video is the one who incited this harassment against my grandchild. Her name is Kressha Sprung. I've been here twice for a hair cut and dye. The first time I was seen at the time of my appointment but the second I was called in advance to be informed that the hair stylist was running a little behind. They are very professional and even offer free touch ups within a week in case the cut isn't exactly how you want it. I have wavy/curly hair and I always find it hard to find someone who knows how to cut my hair. I wish I remembered the name of the one who cut my hair because it was the best cut of my life. I was even able to get a pixie cut that looks amazing. I highly recommend this place.Services: Pedicures
