Had a yellow jacket issue, tech treated for the yellow jackets and the rest of home. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. If you’re on the fence about hiring a service to treat your home and in the KG area you cannot go wrong with their team. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I have been a customer for several years. This company has always been very responsive and easy to work with. Today I had a service technician out for our whole house generator--he found the controller had been damaged by ants and they were all over the generator. I called and before the service technician left there was someone from KG Termite and Pest out to handle the issue. It messed up their schedule, but Amber, Lynn, and Joey worked to make sure that I was up and running and they were so nice about it. Kudos!
