Very professional, showed up at the appointed time, very accurate in what was wrong, didn’t try to push anything on me or overcharge the repairs. I would definitely work with them again.

Right now we’re in the midst of a hear wave and unfortunately our a/c decided not to cool. I called CMR first thing in the morning and left a message. They called back within ten minutes and scheduled an appointment window from 12-2. We had a pleasant surprise a little after 8:30 when Kyle showed up. After checking the HVAC in the basement he went to check the outside unit. So thankful that he had a capacitor in his truck to be able to fix our a/c. We’ve had Kyle do our regular maintenance check-ups and have found him to be thorough, professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly.
