Eddie will not fix his screw ups. He also is a liar. I told him I had a price I was trying to get a unit for, so he got me started at that price, then started telling me it needs this and that. In other words I got a 12,000.00 estimate and then ended up paying 23,000.00 because he was not truthful from the beginning. Had he had been forth coming on the true price that it would take get my house right, then I would have probably went with a company who has good service. I will say that his install was good and the work was nice and tight, however, his poor service, attitude and truthfulness are the worst. It is a shame. We have had very good experiences with Comfort Heating and Air in our Hollymead home, including the week before we moved into our house -- the AC went out in mid-July and he had it up and running in no time (just in time for us to paint...!) His prices have been very reasonable when we have on two occasions had to use his services and the repairs have held up -- even on two very old units. Highly recommend.
