Many patients express gratitude for the support they receive, highlighting the polite and accommodating nature of the team. The office is well-regarded, with patients appreciating the attentive listening skills of their psychiatrists, particularly Dr. Airhart and Dr. Beer. Patients feel they receive better services compared to previous providers and are hopeful for continued support in the future. Many recommend the practice for anyone seeking mental health services.
Dr. Beer is the most professional, astute, compassionate and competent doctor I have ever met. I have been through several doctors and therapists in my life so I know that Dr. Beer is exceptional at her craft.
Called office today for medication refill for my son. The Lady I spoke with was very sweet and helped me with all the annoying questions I had. Staff here is always polite and willing to help. My son has only been a patient here for a couple months and I can’t say we’ve had any problems. My family and I are very thankful for all they do. Thank you Virginia South Psychiatric for helping my family.
So far it's been way better than the services I received in the past. I'm so glad they were able to accomodate me when I needed to see someone that was available. I hope I get to stay here and continue to have great services in the future.
