In the midst of a recent heat wave, I had a non-emergency issue in my master bathroom. First there was no cold water and then a few hours later, no hot water. Next, the washing machine downstairs wouldn’t fill. Our other bathrooms and the kitchen were working fine.
I texted the number of Mike from City Point Plumbing. He called back and told me he was understandably slammed with emergency jobs. But he did promise to send out one of his best men two days later.

The young man Ethan came to install our hot water heater today. I called the company this morning left a message, received a call back 2 minutes after my message. Set up appointment, had a phone call Ethan was about an hour out. When he arrived he went straight to work, explaining everything to my husband. Very professional, courteous, friendly. Ethan was done in a very short amount of time. Will call Citi Point Plumbing in Hopewell, Va. should we need to again. Reasonable pricing. Thank You
