I’ve been going to this place for years and never had an issue. Even with the staff changes, they always communicate with you during the process and correct any mistakes. I love going to see Robert, Sydney or Henry for my nails; they never disappoint!
When I don’t feel like making an appointment with my Nail Tech, this is my go to place to run in and run out on Mondays. My nails are Done right in my eyebrows look great after being waxed. I’ve never had an issue with them And they all do a great job.
I really like coming to this location but the last two experiences have not been great. The woman that left a review before me, I was there that day. And she is exactly right in everything that she said. I go in today to get a simple refill on a color change, that's it. I have been waiting for over an hour and then they service somebody for a nail fill before me. When i spoke up about it, I could tell it was attitude behines it.I came in early because I had somewhere to be in a couple of hours but now I can't do anything. And I'm leaving with my nails not done. This is the first time I've had any real issues and it was enough to make me not want to go back.
