The owner came around the following day to inspect the job, showing a level of caring customer service, and the price was fair and honest. When a full-time baker had a sudden business crisis with ovens going out, Armstrong sent a truck with 3 guys ready to handle whatever they needed, replacing the whole unit. The guys were friendly, clean, professional, wore shoe booties, put down drop clothes, and left the place better than they found it. Another customer thanked the team for identifying and fixing an issue another company failed to mention, appreciating the honesty and professionalism. A hot water heater install couldn't have gone any better, with techs arriving on time and finishing in a few hours, being thorough and making sure everything operated perfectly. Customers have used Armstrong for over ten years for all HVAC issues and would absolutely recommend them.

I knew that I needed a new heat pump system. Out of four bids, I chose Armstrong, and I’m so glad that I did! They were knowledgeable and professional, completing their work in a timely fashion. They left the work area neat and clean. I liked how they took the time to explain things to me as they installed my new American Standard heat pump. After the new system was installed, the owner came around the following day to inspect the job and to be certain that I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate that level of caring customer service. In addition, I found their price to be fair and honest. I trust Armstrong and plan to be their customer for years to come.
I cannot express how much appreciation and praise I feel towards Armstrong Mechanical!! When you are a full time baker and your ovens run all day most days for work, your ovens going out is slightly beyond overwhelming. Now technically Armstrong is a residential and commercial HVAC company; however when they heard of my sudden business crisis early this morning, they sent out a truck to help today. Daniel, the owner, sent a truck with 3 guys, ready to handle whatever they needed, which was perfect because they had to replace the whole unit.
