Our heat stopped working and we needed someone quickly. This company had the sweetest receptionist when I called. They were able to work us in within a day due to a cancellation. Brad did great work. He took his time and made sure the unit was working properly before he left. He took the time to explain things that were going on. Overall great experience and will use them in the future. :)

We had a heating issue of course when it is needed the most. We didn't know anyone and were able to get a recommendation for Kyle. He immediately came out, to the house and within minutes found a loose wire on a breaker which has corrected the problem. He provided other $ and efficiency tips. Highly recommended Tyler now merged with Hall Propane. Our new go to guy for hvac needs.

We called BTR Heating and Air when our AC went out. Tyler came right over and assessed our heat pump and found the issue quickly. He called and let us know what the problem was and ordered the part. As soon as the part came in he came right back out and repaired our heat pump. The entire process was so easy. I highly recommend BTR!! We will always be a customer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
