Not bad, acceptable service, but not great.If you buy a tire that they have in their stock, their price range would be reasonable. Otherwise, as happened to me, the dealership's price ended up 42$ less than Virginia Tire's (per tire).They have a limited one-way shuttle service, free within a few miles around their store.Besides the typical tire services, they do other typical repair work, but I don't know about their quality or price.However, I have overheard a conversation regarding the brake service of a Mercedes, not a happy customer, so probably if you have that type of car, it would be good to be more careful.One thing I like about this store is they have a...read full review

I was happy with my emissions and safety check. I took away a star because I went to the shop with my husband and the shop’s representative would only engage with my husband. I was seeking service for my personal vehicle and initiated the conversation with the representative, yet he directed all of his answers to my husband and clearly preferred to do business with him. I cannot give 5-stars to an auto business with employees with that level of implicit bias.

The staff at the Herndon location of Virginia tire and auto are extremely kind, professional, communicative, and helpful. They were a joy to work with, and my car was serviced in a timely and reasonably-priced manner. I am very pleased, and will definitely be back to this location future!
