Virginia Tire & Auto, a family-owned business since 1976, is a full-service repair shop that provides reasonable prices for tires in stock and acceptable levels of customer service. They have a limited shuttle service available and offer a quiet room, which is convenient for remote work. The shop handles typical repair work, but the quality and price of these services may vary. There have been some concerns about the level of service provided for certain types of cars, such as Mercedes. One customer had a positive experience with their emissions and safety check, but was disappointed by the implicit bias displayed by a shop representative who only engaged with her husband. However, another customer had a very positive experience with the staff at the Herndon location, praising their kindness, professionalism, and communication skills. This customer was pleased with the timely and reasonably-priced service and plans to return to this location in the future.
Mariah was tremendous today in attempting to iron out a corporate level disconnect with the MyClub Rewards program and CFNA. Mariah found the investigative contact personnel and delivered the problem. While his was out of her area of responsibility she was magnificent. Thank you Mariah!
