Today was my first Bike Fit. It was an amazing experience working with Margie Shapiro. She educated me on the science of cycling, clearly explained each step of the Fit process, and was very professional and caring. I plan to continue working with her.
I walked out of my fit so much more comfortable and efficient on my bike. I appreciate that there are thorough on-bike as well as off-bike evaluations and that VeloFit doesn't sell bike parts (at a markup) or service. It's a very straightforward approach — unlike some other shops that may suggest unnecessary or marginal changes just to move inventory — and Dr. Sohn is an amazing fitter. I was walked through every analysis and adjustment and I can't wait to get out and ride!
Honestly, I came in to this appointment nervous & unsure but as soon as I stepped foot in the door I knew I was in the right place. The space was outfitted with every piece of gym equipment that I’d prefer to own and I had the urge to get a workout in while I was there! But, we had a bike fit to take care of!The whole experience was right up my alley and I couldn’t have made a better decision. Being able to chat and have fun with Kur while going through the process put me at ease and I can’t wait to come back to check my progress.Here’s to being better on the bike!
