I’ve been going to Susan for Brazillian wax for about 4 years now, back when she was just starting out her business at Worldgate. Susan is personable, quick to respond, very accommodating on my last minute requests, and treatment costs are at reasonable prices. I respect Susan because she’s a one-man business owner that does care for her clients. Seeing the growth of her business has been wonderful. Her new office at Elden St. is more private, clean, and spacious. One thing I do want to suggest is to have some sort of doorbell at the entrance. Like a Ring doorbell maybe? I just moved to Maryland and drove all the way to Reston because I found Susan to be easy to talk to and direct when we spoke on the phone, unlike other places I called that dove into a sales pitch without giving me a price. In person she is kind and efficient, explaining everything I needed to know. I had IPL done on my face and neck and am very happy with the results, and will of course come back!

It's been 2 years since going to Valencia Aesthetic and would recommend her to anyone that wants to get waxed!She works fast yet she's precised and her shop is always clean.
