It has been months since I have had a massage. Today I saw Lisa. Whew!!! I felt like a new person after my massage. I had the 90 min therapeutic massage. Her deep tissue is definitely what I would consider the definition of deep tissue. I feel ready to take on my busy week. I do plan on making another appointment. If you want good deep work. Go see Lisa!!

I've been going here for many years (since before they expanded in 2008), and they have always been completely consistent in all dimensions. I feel comfortable using different therapists as obtaining last minute/same day appointments (that are almost always available via online booking, which is great) is more important to me. I have never been disappointed as each therapist has been well-trained in various modalities and takes the time to customize an approach that works for my needs. At times I have needed targeted work on areas where I have old injuries or past surgeries (hips).
