The older students assist the younger ones, creating a supportive community.

We have had a wonderful experience with Master Adam at Sterner's Tae Kwon Do Academy for the last several years. The environment is warm and welcoming, and there is space for humans who learn in many different ways, from traditional to more neurodivergent. It is obvious that everyone is welcome and can grow and learn here. Master Adam somehow remembers every student and treats every parent and child with kindness and respect while teaching them integrity, humility and perserverence as well as martial arts skills. Highly recommend :)

Sterner's Tae Kwon Do Academy has been an amazing experience for my child! The masters do a fantastic job of keeping the kids engaged and motivated—Adam and Ms. Chloe, in particular, are wonderful and have made a huge impact. My child especially looks forward to the Saturday classes; they are so much fun and always the highlight of the week. Highly recommend this academy for any parent looking for a great environment for their kids!
