With a team of dedicated and friendly Black Belt instructors, the academy helps children develop confidence, athleticism, coordination, and leadership skills. Sterner's has done a great job of providing a safe place for my child to learn TKD while also creating a community for her. They have helped her gain confidence and supported get critical thinking skills through application of the tenets of TKD. They continue to support families in the community by offering distance learning during the pandemic.

Loved the TKD class my kids just took via a Zoom meeting! Master Adam and his team offer fantastic experiences for all ages!

5 Stars My two sons have greatly benefitted from Master Adam and the other teachers. Sterner's approach equally emphasizes the non-physical aspects of TKD as much as the physical. A theme of personal responsibility and accountability permeates all of the lessons. I highly recommend this program if you are looking for more than just getting your kids some belts!
