If they can not find cause for t. bm, they send you to 3rd company to have a black mold hygienist do testing which cost $900-1200 to determine what type of bm homeowner has. The service Master Clean inspector thought the problem stemmed from my house foundation which is the HOA's responsibility. If they had done this through infection they would have located the leaky pipe which is the responsibility of homeowners insurance.
