I've been seeing Tracey for well over 10 years, pretty consistently on a monthly basis. Simply said, you will not find a CMT out there who has a better understanding of how massage and anatomy relate to total wellness. You will also not find someone who is more genuine, kind, accommodating or understanding. At this stage in my life I've pared my circle down to the very few who add value and positivity to my well being, and am proud to include Tracey in that circle.

Tracey is a person who truly cares about the well being of her clients and creates a safe and relaxing space for them. She is skilled in several massage therapies and is able to mix them as needed based on what she discovers during the treatment. I personally recommend her lymphatic work.

As an IT professional, I am constantly at my desk in front of my computer in frustration. This causes my neck to be in a constant state of strain and thus pain. Tracey came to the rescue and offered a regimen of therapy sessions that addressed my pain almost immediately. She also performed some lymphatic drainage on an ankle that remained swollen months after a fracture. Your mileage may vary, but I only needed 1 session! I highly recommend Tracey to anyone else with these issues, or other problem areas you may have.
