I can’t recommend Kate enough! I left our session feeling like a new person! I’ve been looking for someone to help me with my TMJ disorder and I’m so glad I found Kate. She is so knowledgeable and wonderful about talking you through her process all while keeping a serene vibe. It’s been almost 12 hours and I still feel so relaxed, and the tension I have grown so used to holding around my jaw and shoulders feels as though it’s melted away. I will definitely be returning as soon as I can!

Kate is amazing. She takes time to understand where I’m holding tension. She is intuitive, knowledgeable and checks in with you throughout each session. I always leave feeling relieved and in much less pain. If you’re dealing with jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, or stress related pain, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kate. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better.

Just had my 2nd (AMAZING) appointment with Kate..she is so wonderful!! She works inside and outside the mouth, and my jaw muscles have never been so relaxed. I’ve tried a mouth guard and Botox, and nothing has worked. She knows exactly what to do. And her studio is so lovely and zen. Thank you, Kate!!
