The customer service is great . The man took his time to Search both from the catalogue and from Inventory. He ensures the right part was sold to me . Their price is the same as the regular store for shower head replacement . I will go them again whenever I have needs.

Above and beyond level of customer service. I went in looking for replacement parts for a very old valve. This was a last ditch effort to avoid a time consuming labor job to replace the entire valve. The counter rep told me that the valve and parts were obsolete, but he offered to look for a used one in their parts bin. I walked out with a combo of used and new parts that enabled me to rebuild the valve. Saved me from having to do an hours-long repair. I'm now a loyal customer.

I had a simple plumbing job that I could not do myself. H&S did the job well, fast, at a reasonable price and with a minimum of drama and up-selling. Our experience this time reminded me that we had a similar experience with them two years ago on a more complicated job, but same outcome: They arrived when they said they would. They did the job well. They talked frankly with us. They charged a reasonable fee. If you're looking for a plumber, stop your search. This is the outfit to use.
