I already thought Dr. Lily was amazing as she has kept me functioning for the last 12 years. But two nights ago my back was just screaming in pain when I tried to roll over in bed or sit up. I asked if she could squeeze me in for a same day appointment and thankfully she did. She dry needled and adjusted me and I slept without pain last night. I don’t know what I would do without her!

Dr. Lily is simply amazing! She is super warm and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. I originally came in because my left side was giving me serious pain from carrying my daughter around all the time. Dr. Lily helped me identify the problem immediately, created a plan, and knew exactly what to do. She truly has a healing touch—the dry needling has honestly changed my life!
I actually look forward to every appointment now, not just for the chiropractic care, but for catching up on life. It feels like visiting a friend who happens to be an expert at fixing your back!
