My two cats get stressed out by the car ride but after all the love and treats and petting from the staff and vet techs they are ready to have their annual exams and vaccines, no problem.
They are absolutely spoiled with toys and catnip by the end of the appointment and I love that the staff gets me checked out in the exam room so I dont have to juggle payment with two carriers and the stress of whatever other patients might be coming and goin in the waiting area.
Dr. Phillips and the entire Franklin Farm team have consistently demonstrated the utmost care, diligence and compassion for my cat during every visit. Their love for animals is evident, which allows me to place my full faith and trust in their expertise. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever had the opportunity to frequent and I recommend it to all of my pet owning friends and colleagues.
Such a supportive and thoughtful staff! They obviously care about the animals they treat and love them all. So much patience and kindness. They appreciated my dog and gave him all the love for who he was...which was a dog that got a little nervous once the stethoscope came out lol. My only regret is we didn't find this practice earlier into owning our dog.
