Based on prior issues and a recent inspection I thought my heat pump was toast. I called Fairfax Cooling & Heating at about 11:00 this morning asking for a quote for replacement. Mike came out himself within an hour, diagnosed and fixed my problem, and told me I could get some more mileage out of my current system. I can't describe how much I appreciate that level of honesty and professionalism.
On a install job, these guys were awesome with regards to responsiveness, execution and professionalism, and all at a price quote much lower than several others. Mike and his team are great.
