Miki and his team went above and beyond what was needed to done! Our furnace system was over 25 years old and installed a completely new furnace for us just in time for the cold front to get here this week! They also installed a new water/heater and everything came $3K lower than what big companies in NOVA area quoted us! Please call Miki and his team! They treat you like their own friends and family because they really care about what they do! Our gas pipe was so loose among other things but they fixed it all up to code! We've been quite pleased with Fairfax Cooling & Heating for over 10 years. During this period they successfully installed our central AC unit, repaired our furnace and just yesterday installed a new hot water heater. First rate business.
Had a FANTASTIC experience with these guys this week. From the time I called to the time they were at my house was just over an hour. They rapidly diagnosed an issue with my A/C and had it fixed within 20 minutes. This was after I had a different company out earlier in the day that totally mis-diagnosed the issue and were looking to charge me $4K+ to resolve something that wasn't even broken! Terri and Miki could not have been nicer to work with. They absolutely gained a long-term customer this week.Service: A/C system repair
