I had been paying for these services through Venmo and a dispute ensued over payment. After showing proof of payment, I never heard back on confirmation. Since then I have reached out several times with no response. I have asked several times for my key back and still no response. I used this company for over three years but lately the cleaning had become less and less satisfactory. I would not recommend this service to anyoneService: General housekeeping

They did an outstanding job cleaning my apartment today for a move out. We will definitely hire them again! I was so impressed with how thorough they were and how clean everything was! They truly went above and beyond, including cleaning out kitchen cabinets where we hadn’t packed everything yet (and in the process, saved me a lot of work!) Thank you again!!
