worst company ever!!! What can I say that others haven't already said. Victor was rude, lazy, wrote down different start and finish time. Will not use them to move my stuff out of the storage unit.

Oh how I wished I had read the reviews prior to doing business with this company. They will lie and tell you anything to get you to sign the contract. I had scheduled a move for my daughter with this company. I told them beforehand that everything wasn't boxed and the rep told me to box as much as possible and the movers could handle the rest. 24 hours prior to the move the General manager Jeanette called my and said that everything including large items needed to be boxed and bubble wrapped. Oh my god. Please do not use this company. I could not believe my experience. Movers were rude and made insulting comments to me. I called to complain and they said I was the first person to complain in 20 years so it must be my fault. The movers banged my furniture around and dragged it across the concrete instead of lifting it. I'm still in shock at how the owner or manager replied to me. It was like Dr. Jekyll one minute and Mr. Hyde the next. I can't even find words to describe how awful it was.
