I mentioned metal roofing and he explained to me the negative part about doing a metal roof and positive thing about replaced it with asphalt very professional on the way he did so and then he showed us a sample of your windows with a triple pain in your gas in between the pains the insulation and showed us the advantage of going with your product and we elected not to go that route at this Tabb but he was very professional very polite very manly and represented your company well and place that he came to our home and he’s welcome here. “My main complaint is that I ordered windows in late May and when the installer came, he said the windows were measured wrong andhe remeasured them. I had a few updates. In October I contacted them, and the installation was scheduled, and no one came or called. I was told the installer was sick after I contacted them several times and was told he had contacted me. Finally on October 30th the windows were installed. The windows are great, and the installer did a good job. They cleaned up well after they were finished.“
