Joe - so smart. New computer failed. HP restored but lost data from many folders. Old computer still had that data. Joe determined that the data on the old computer was based on gmail email address and that's why it survived. New computer based on Tax Counsel email address. The problem hit the latter, not the former. Joe has put in place a process that will integrate what is on the old computer with the new computer with restoration consequently of the documents lost with the HP revival of the new computer. As I said - so smart. Very representative of the service and problem solving I receive from Joe and the other members of the HelpDesk team.
