Best brow place in Richmond! I'm so grateful to have found this gem. They use high quality thread which makes it less painful. They also do an amazing job at making your eyebrows look great. I never make an appointment before I go because there is usually no wait (I go earlier in the afternoon). And if there is a wait, it's only a couple of minutes before I'm seated. They are quick here! They are also kind and professional. I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here. Ignoring the initial pain of hair removal, my skin doesn't stay red too long after. I've been coming here for probably 6 years now! This is the one and only place where I get my brows threaded. Swatsy is amazing and the sweetest. I highly highly recommend making your appointment online as they can get extremely busy. My brows aren't really thick and more-so lose shape when they grow out vs getting bushy so I usually come every 4 weeks or schedule around events/holidays. I love that Swatsy let's me check out my brows before leaving. Been here twice for my eye brows. They always do a good job on my brows minus the fill in (end up being too blocky for me) easy fix to wipe it off. But the clean up is always well done !
