My experience at Layers Hair Salon was phenonimal. I was at Regency Mall and walked by and was pleasantly surprised to see a sign that said walk ins are accepted. From the moment I entered the salon I was greeted and treated exceptionally. They said that a stylist would be available in five minutes. I said that would be fine. They offered me refreshments while I waited. Before I knew it my wait was over and I was taken back to my stylist. I was asked about the service that I wanted and my stylist made some suggestions. Being new to the area a neighbor mentioned Layers salon to me so I decided to give it a go as it is near my house. As soon as I walked in I knew this was a very upscale hair salon. I was greeted very warmly and immediately felt at ease. The owner Diann even brought me a delicious coffee. Not really sure what I wanted to do with my hair after consulting with my stylist Janete I decided to go with a cut, highlights, and a deep conditioning treatment. The entire process was explained to me clearly and I was assured that the results would be amazing. The results were way beyond my expectations in all ways. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I came to Layers desperately needing a professional conditioning treatment for my dry frizzy hair (needed color also). WOW is all I can say. I decided on a Brazilian Blowout and it was so worth it. My hair has not been this straight, shiny and just plain beautiful in years. I also had my damaged ends trimmed and my roots touched up. Everyone was really nice and it's a very elegant salon. My new go-to for anything hair in Henrico. A++++Services: Haircut
