I ordered a recliner online and the company uses JW Logistics for shipping. It has been 3 weeks now that I've been "waiting on delivery". JW Logistics has given me 16-24 hour notice that my shipment would be delivered the next day, 4 times. I scrambled to get the day off from my boss with such short notice. I stayed home from work only to receive a text message from JW Logistics all 4 times that my shipment had been "unable to be located during load out this morning, we are completing a dock search and will reach out to reschedule when it is located." I ordered a dining room table from Wayfair and they used JW Logistics to deliver it. It's a white glove delivery. Their first attempt they texted me with the date and time and never showed up.The next scheduled date the truck showed up and the driver searched the truck and the table wasn't there. The third attempt was a new date and time and they did not show up once again. I called Wayfair and was told JW Logistics had to do a doc search. Well they did two doc searches on separate occasions. Somethings sounds ? fishy.This is mismanagement at its worst. What an incompetent company. Wayfair is just as responsible because they continue to accept this vendor... read full review

I guess I should be added to the “wish there was a zero star” rating. Horrible, 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts. The 2nd attempt the driver indicated they would leave my item I. The garage and someone would come back later and move it to my basement and set it up. Haha! Sure. Today they canceled the delivery due to driver emergency. At this point, I have no idea what condition my treadmill is in and if it’s been damaged in a car accident, how it’s been handled and stored in the past month. I can’t return without a restocking fee. I’m filing a police report today. They’ve had a month to get my product to me.
