Mr.AJ came out to service HVAC in St. John Woods today. He is so professional and explained every step of the way what he was going to do to make sure our apartment would have A/C cooling. He was so patient and helpful. Very into his work and made sure he cleaned behind himself. Also made sure he checked all his work before leaving to make sure our apartment was cooling. He has great customer service skills and Thank you AJ(917). Have a great safe weekend of fishing ?

AJ was absolutely amazing! Our new unit that was recently installed wasn't turning off or giving us cold air, so he came out immediately and located the problem for us (turns out it was installed incorrectly). He was so nice and funny and extremely sweet! I'm really grateful he came out as quickly as he did to get everything sorted out for us. He's a total saint and worked his butt off for us! (Seriously, ask for AJ, he's so worth it!)
