“We were in desperate need of a generator extension cord before the winter storm hit. I went to multiple stores and called at least 15 more, with no luck anywhere. I made a Facebook post, and Matt commented that he would have some available the next day. The next day, Matt and his team were out working for other families all day. As it got dark, I started to worry, but his team still showed up. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct cord. Matt then drove 30 minutes out of his way at 9 pm, in the snow, to personally make it right for us. He took the time to show my husband how to easily handle the generator, helped us get it fully set up, oiled and gassed it, and even used his own gas to make sure we were taken care of. I could keep going about the above and beyond service we received. Not to mention, he is back out again today helping more families while the ice continues to fall. You truly do not find people like this anymore. We now have an electrician for life.“
