We were married on October 24th, 2020. Mikey Fuller, one of the staff members, helped to make the entire planning process easier and with less stress. He was readily available and quick to give recommendations to assist with the renting of the event items. The item selection was vast and was in our budget. The pickup was very well orchestrated by Mikey. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Classic Party Rentals for your wedding rentals or for any special event. I was not happy with the customer service and if it wasnt for ME calling the morning of pickup my chairs wouldn't have been ready that evening when I showed up, not once did I receive an apology for their mess up.Also the quality of the chairs were poor, some of the seats had cracks in it and every single leg had rust on it, not worth the money spent. If I could get my money back I would, I will find elsewhere to order from now on.

We selected this company to provide dishes, flatware, cups and utensils for our daughter's wedding. There is a still unresolved issue wherein they say they delivered the correct number of dinner plates and the venue says they were 10 short. We believe the venue. Ten of our guests had no dinner plates but we still paid the rental fee for them. The drinking glasses and wine glasses had worn gold trim and a coffee cup was cracked. All in all not a satisfying experience.
