I have been using Brooks optical since they day they opened and have referred many people to them. The customer service is beyond compare. They are the only place I know of that can actually repair (or rebuild if needed) your glasses. I continue to highly recommend them.

I was able to make an appointment within a few days, although they do take walk-ins. They are opticians so don't expect an eye exam. That being said, Clifford was extremely knowledgeable about the different lenses and add ons available, how they work, and how based on my prescription, how they would function. He answered my many questions about progressive lenses and auto shading lenses. It's a small place but many frames to choose from. His mother is the other optician. She, Cliff and a customer were very helpful in finding the frame that looked best on me within my comfort zone. My glasses will be ready in about 14 business days (about 3 weeks). I always go for the family business type if at all possible and Brooks Optical has the best customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed. You feel like you want to stop by from time to time just to say hi. It’s that kind of business.
