Kiana was patient with me and my very neglected hair; offering a steam treatment and a gentle detangle to start. Kiara personable skills are top tier. I loved the location as it has a nice cozy feel and quaint decor. My hair was completed to my liking and she was very patient with me as I purchased the wrong hair, having some on hand. This was my second visit and I will definitely be returning.
