I went in the first time not knowing what to expect (after purchasing a deal on Groupon), and I was so nervous but also really excited! Ashley probably knew how I was feeling and she immediately put me at ease while explaining the process and telling me what to expect. Her demeanor is so calming so I was able to relax, and honestly, I think I may have even fallen asleep for a little while!! The results were amazing! I went to get my first Brazilian wax yesterday and this was my first time meeting Ashley. She is an absolute jewel. She made me feel comfortable and continuously assured me that I was doing great and that I was a rockstar. She explained what she was doing and repeatedly asked if I was doing ok.
