I have struggled to find holistic services that bring relief and healing to my digestive issues in a way that supports me both physically and energetically. However, I now am so excited to have tried Caitlin’s castor oil pack session which is healing on so many levels! Caitlin creatively combines the pack with abdominal massage, using gua sha and cupping, all supporting lymphatic drainage.
