Found a giant bolt in my tire and called Alex. He offered to come out and patch it at my house. You can't beat hospitality and service like he provided today. O'Grady's will get all of my auto maintenance needs business for as long as we live in Heathsville.

Consistently providing a friendly customer services attitude, straight forward scheduling and honest repair. Alex has proven to me now for well over a year that he is reliable and qualified to maintain not only my Duramax but my daughters VW Beetle.Prior to buying a used Mercedes, I asked Alex to survey the mechanicals. He drove it home, performed diagnostics, and put it on his lift. Followed up with a comprehensive report on immediate needs and other related issues good and bad.
